Navigating with the Tabbed Interface

When you select most features on the Navigation bar, they open in a new tab within Lyris HQ. This means that you can perform multiple tasks simultaneously by simply switching between tabs. For example, you can:

• Simultaneously create and edit multiple messages
• Create segments while creating a message, then return to the message and send it to the new segment
• View and compare several reports at the same time
• Manage settings without interrupting your workflow

Unsupported Features

Note that this functionality is not supported for some features. The unsupported features open in a new browser tab or window, depending on your browser settings. The following features do not open in a Lyris HQ tab:

• Launch EmailLabs
• Mobile marketing
• Web analytics
• What’s changed
• Campaign report
• Funnel report
• Click fraud report
• Configuration
• Download viewer

Using the Tabbed Interface

Dashboard

The Dashboard is always the first tab and always remains open.

Close Tab

Click this button to close a tab.

Currently selected tab

A white tab indicates the currently selected tab. To switch to a different tab, click the tab you want.

Add Tab

Click this button to open a new blank tab.

List All Tabs

Click this button to see a list of all open tabs and to select one. Click the name of a tab to switch to that tab.
